How does the program work for repair customers?​ Customers can now receive an “exchange” on any used fetal transducers that require repair.​ Product will be shipped into Tenacore or an authorized distributor for replacement/exchange, as opposed to repair.​ Exchange units must be received before we release inventory. ​ The new product, while priced slightly higher, comes with a one-year warranty and ensures a higher level of quality product is delivered to the customer​ Product showing signs of user abuse do not qualify for warranty.​ Product is serialized and will be tracked to ensure it qualifies for warranty. ​ The replace/exchange option applies to GE/Philips branded fetal transducers. ​ Tenacore branded fetal transducers will not be accepted for exchange (e.g., a Tenacore branded product for a Tenacore branded product).​ If a customer purchases a NEW Tenacore fetal transducer and it fails after the one-year warranty, they can submit it for evaluation, and we will determine if it can be exchanged or if a new purchase will be required ​ All Tenacore fetal transducers are manufactured in an FDA registered and ISO certified facility.​ Full product line is 510(k) cleared.​ QR code tags for easy identification and reorder.​ Half the cost of other national competing brands.​ Tenacore is an OEM for this product.​ Just like GE and Philips.​ ​
