Warranty Information
How does the program work for repair customers?
Customers can now receive an “exchange” on any used fetal transducers that require repair.
Product will be shipped into Tenacore or an authorized distributor for replacement/exchange, as opposed to repair.
Exchange units must be received before we release inventory.
The new product, while priced slightly higher, comes with a one-year warranty and ensures a higher level of quality product is delivered to the customer
Product showing signs of user abuse do not qualify for warranty.
Product is serialized and will be tracked to ensure it qualifies for warranty.
The replace/exchange option applies to GE/Philips branded fetal transducers.
Tenacore branded fetal transducers will not be accepted for exchange (e.g., a Tenacore branded product for a Tenacore branded product).
If a customer purchases a NEW Tenacore fetal transducer and it fails after the one-year warranty, they can submit it for evaluation, and we will determine if it can be exchanged or if a new purchase will be required
All Tenacore fetal transducers are manufactured in an FDA registered and ISO certified facility.
Full product line is 510(k) cleared.
